Rental Payments

Make sure your rental payment is on time! All rental payments are due on the 1st of each month unless your lease states otherwise. Payments made after the 3rd day of the month will be charged late fees ($35 charged on the 4th of the month and $5 charged for every late day after). There are four easy ways to go about paying your rent:



Direct Debit

Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your rent. We will withdraw your rent from your bank account between the 2nd and the 5th of every month. For financed notes, an additional bank processing fee of $10 per month will be charged. Please come by our office located at 332 Talbot Ave. #A, Canutillo, Texas 79835 to fill out the authorization form or click below to Download.

Secure Drop Box

After hour payments can be dropped off in our secure drop box which is located on the west side of our office.



Credit Card payments

Pay by credit card using the link below. Please note that there will be a 2.5% percent charge on top of your payment to use this service.

Check or Money Order

Mail your check or money order to 332 Talbot Ave. #A, Canutillo, Texas 79835. Please make your check payable to Southwest Realty and include your address on the memo line. Please allow 3 business days for the check to arrive at our office.

Rental Guidelines
